4 of 5 Good Rifle, most of the way to great August 30, 2015

Read the description closely, especially the extended specs. Some parts are used (GI Take-offs), and I missed that detail. Still, she makes me happy, looking just like the rifle I carried all over the world back in the day.

5 of 5 Great looking rifle January 22, 2015
Reviewer: John Roche from PA
I think I was the first one to get one of these. I got on the waiting list when they fist announced these. All I can say is WOW. I have a real Colt and while this is not a Colt and there are some minor cosmetic differences this is still a great rifle if you want the feel and look of a Vietnam era rifle. I was going to build a retro style or clone but the cost was high. What is out there was expensive. I could not believe these are only 799.99. The upper is a C7 style which is ok and still period correct. The lower is clearly a A2 but again unless someone knows what minor cosmetic details make a A1 lower vs. a A2 lower wont know the difference. Overall I am extremely pleased.
