How do I return an item?

Return Policy - In the rare instance a return is necessary the guidelines below will affect the return.

  • All returned merchandise must have a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) issued by Republic Firearms prior to return. The RMA can be obtained by calling Republic Firearms directly at 440-987-1401.
  • Goods returned with an RMA must be in original condition and packaging and all contents and documentation must be present.
  • Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the shipper’s expense.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • NFA items are non-returnable and not cancellable once the Form 4 has been submitted

Order Cancellations


For standard orders of stock items, orders can only be cancelled if the item has not shipped. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged on these orders. All firearm purchases are final. We will not accept returns on any firearm. For defective or damaged firearms, please refer to the manufacturers warranty. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. We will send you and e-mail confirming the cancellation of your order.


We cannot cancel your order unless you contact us by phone or Facebook Messenger. You MUST speak to a company representative. This is to ensure that your order has not already shipped or that work has already started. We reserve the right to refuse any return and or cancellation. Parts delays and or lead times are NOT valid cancellation reasons. Any published lead times of orders is a estimated average and is never to be construed as a firm delivery date. Order cancellation after 48 hours is at the sole discretion of Republic Firearms.

Cerakote parts, uppers, lowers, etc are made to order. Cancellation of orders containing Cerakoted parts, lowers and or uppers MUST be made within 48 hours of purchase. No exceptions. Cerakote items are non-returnable.


When placing an order with Republic Firearms, for a new rifle, pistol, SBR, build etc using an action/receiver provided by Republic Firearms, a minimum deposit of 50% is required. Additional funds may be deposited toward the build at any point during the build process. When placing any type of prepayment or deposit with Republic Firearms, and for any reason the customer needs to cancel said order, the customer will be charged a 20% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the start of build or order placement. If the cancellation is made after 30 days a 20% cancellation fee will be charged as well as an additional 15%. There will be NO exceptions to this policy. The cancellation fee(s) covers many expenses Republic Firearms incurs, which include but are not limited to the following: time spent by employees processing said order, supply costs incurred during process of order and restocking of parts ordered from suppliers specifically for your order. This policy covers builds with funds on deposit and for pre-paid orders.

Chargebacks


If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service, order and/or build will be suspended without notice. Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of resolving a dispute, cancelling a order or obtaining a refund.
